DeKalb County authorities have arrested two suspects in the shooting death of a man and injury of another man during what police say was a narcotics transaction.

Willie Jackson was fatally shot in the head Nov. 28 and Kendrick Ellison suffered gunshot wounds to the head and throat, according to the DeKalb County Sheriff’s Office Fugitive Squad.

Police arrested Hoye Rashad Anderson, 19, and Raekwon Roseboro, 19, on charges of felony murder and aggravated assault. Anderson was taken into custody Dec. 3. Roseboro was already in custody at the DeKalb County Jail on unrelated charges.

The killing and assault occurred on Rockbridge Road in Lithonia. Jackson was found dead in a burning vehicle, and Ellison was found outside a nearby residence.
