A new traffic signal at the intersection of Thurmon Tanner Parkway and H.F. Reed Industrial Parkway in Flowery Branch will go into test mode on Thursday, Aug. 8.

Drivers will see a flashing red light and are expected to treat it as a four-way stop. The signal will remain in flash or test mode until Aug. 13, when the green, yellow, and red cycle will begin.

This work, associated with the new Exit 14 interchange project on I-985, will continue for several months. The Georgia Department of Transportation reminds drivers to carefully navigate through the construction zone.
