Congressman Woodall to join transportation talk

U.S. Representative Rob Woodall, R-Ga., will hold a telephone town hall meeting 7 to 7:30 p.m. tonight, Aug. 24 as part of Gwinnett’s Great Exchange on Transportation. Congressman Woodall, a member of the House Transportation Committee, will provide an update on federal transportation plans.

Atlanta among airports where FAA will cut flights due to shutdown

The U.S. Department of Transportation will cut flights by 10% across 40 of the nation’s busiest airports on Friday to alleviate pressure on air traffic controllers.
