You may not have the holidays on your mind, but distribution company Radial does, and it wants to hire 100 people for the holiday season.

Radial is adding the seasonal positions at its Lawrenceville fulfillment center to keep up with the dramatic uptick in shipping and distribution needs as people shop online for holiday gifts, it said in a press release.

The positions will be paid hourly, with overtime and holiday pay and referral bonuses. Workers will have “flexible work schedules” and participate in “holiday meals and fun events” on the job, Radial said.

While the positions are only for the holiday months, there is potential to turn the job into a full-time gig. More than 1,000 seasonal Radial employees became full-time workers at the end of last year’s seasonal schedule, Radial said.

The company has 14 fulfillment centers, including the Lawrenceville location, and five customer service centers, including one in Brunswick.
