Mary Umlauf of Stone Mountain submitted a photo of this small, male praying mantis. “Only 1 1/2 inches, it has been hanging out on my lantana bush for more than a week. I first noticed him munching on a small butterfly several days ago. I have deliberately planted a pollinator garden in my yard, but it seems that I also feed their predators,” she wrote. “A real beauty.”
