Rich Lapin took this photo while on a recent visit to St. Louis, Mo. “I stayed at hotel located adjacent to an outdoor collection of restaurants,” he wrote. “After a late afternoon rainstorm ended, I walked to dinner and took a picture of this scene looking west.”
