Columbia Theological Seminary has opened the application process for the 2012 Thompson Scholars program, which will be held May 1 through May 4.

As many as 15 participants will be selected for the program, which will explore how congregations can reach young adults ranging in age from 18 to 35.

The program is open to senior pastors, pastors of youth ministries and church leaders who want to make their ministries more attractive to a younger audience.
