College Park considers development district near MARTA station

The city of College Park’s Planning Department will be leading discussions on the potential for a Transit Oriented Development zoning district (TOD) to support higher-density mixed-use development near the College Park MARTA station.

A survey has been created for the public in order to gauge their interest, vision, and considerations for the viability of this project.

City officials are asking residents and other stake holders to take time to offer insights to help structure the next steps in this process.
