Cobb transit manager begins March 5

Gail Franklin has been selected as Cobb Community Transit manager by the Department of Transportation. Franklin is currently the Planning and Policy Development Manager for the Georgia Regional Transportation Authority and has more than 20 years experience. She will begin March 5.
