Cobb teen found shot at Auburn
Police have interviewed some "persons of interest" but had made no arrests by early Thursday in the death of Auburn University freshman Lauren A. Burk of Cobb County. She was found shot a few miles from the campus on Tuesday night.

An Alabama man was charged with killing Auburn University freshman Lauren Burk. He confessed to police that he shot the Marietta native during a robbery and attempted rape, according to murder warrants.
