Cobb senator hosts town hall meeting

Sen. Doug Stoner, D-Smyrna, will hold a town hall meeting on Thursday for residents in his district.

The meeting will include a discussion of current legislative issues. Stoner has been involved in HOPE reform efforts and has introduced a payroll tax credit for companies that hire unemployed veterans.

The town hall meeting begins at 6:30 p.m. in the media center of Morris Brandon Elementary, 2741 Howell Mill Road in Atlanta.
