A Cobb County fire station will be rebuilt for $3.9 million within 300 days.
The Cobb County Board of Commissioners agreed 5-0 Tuesday to pay $3,225,219 to Pond Constructors to rebuild Fire Station 18, 1580 Mars Hill Road, Kennesaw.
Additional costs will be $300,000 for contingency; $202,839 for furniture, fixtures and equipment; $132,400 for the architect; $20,000 for soil investigation and $20,000 for incidentals.
