Cobb County police are asking for the public's help in locating a suspect who robbed two banks on Aug. 12.
Police say the supsect robbed the Best Bank inside Kroger at 4:20 a.m. in Mableton. Earlier in the day, the same suspect reportedly robbed the Wells Fargo on Fairburn Road in Fulton County.
The suspect is described as in his mid 20's or 30's, with a thin build, light skin and a mustache. He was armed with a semi-auto pistol, that possibly had a black frame with a silver slide.
Cobb police say he fled on foot into the woodline between residences on Nickajack Road, and a vehicle may have been staged in that area.
