Cobb PARKS’ two outdoor pools will open Saturday through Sept. 2.
Seven Springs Water Park is within Wild Horse Creek Park at 3820 Macedonia Road in Powder Springs.
Sewell Park Pool is at 2055 Lower Roswell Road in Marietta.
Both locations offer family passes that are available for purchase.
- Sewell Park Pool: Admission for Cobb residents is $3.50 for children ages 2 to 17, $4.50 for adults and $3 for senior citizens. Nonresident admission fees are $5.25 for youths, $6.75 for adults and $4.50 for seniors. Group and pool rental packages are available by calling Central Aquatic Center at 770-528-8465. May hours of operation are 1-5 p.m. May 25-27, 1-7:30 p.m. May 28-30 and 1-5 p.m. May 31. Summer hours are 1-7:30 p.m. Mondays to Thursdays and 1-5 p.m. Fridays to Sundays on May 25 through July 31. More hours are 1-5 p.m. Saturdays and Sundays on Aug. 3 through Sept. 2, Labor Day. The pool will be open 1-5 p.m. on Memorial Day, Independence Day and Labor Day.
- Seven Springs Water Park: With two large water slides, the splash pad and a lazy river, Seven Springs also has pavilions for rental at the park or online. Season passes may be purchased at the park or online. Admission for Cobb residents is $4 for children ages 3 to 17, $6 for adults and $3 for seniors. Nonresident admission fees are $6 for youths, $9 for adults and $4.50 for seniors. Seven Springs will have two sessions this year with each session requiring separate admission. Hours of operation are 12:30-3:45 p.m. and 4:30-7:45 p.m. May 25 through July 28 and the same hours but weekends only on Aug. 3 through Sept. 2.
