Cobb names three superlative teachers
Three teachers in Cobb County have been named teachers of the year within the district:
Music teacher Richard McKee of Acworth Intermediate School, family and consumer science teacher Dawn Castleberry of Lovinggood Middle School and drama teacher Coy Dunn of Kennesaw Mountain High School.
The three were among nominees at each school named by their peers. Administrators selected the best at each school level. In coming weeks, the three will be interviewed and one will be named district teacher of the year.
