This will be the first in a series of sessions scheduled for the second Friday of every month. This week's session will be about Ikebana, the art of Japanese arrangement. Donna Scott, a certified instructor with the Ichiyo School of Ikebana will present the lesson.

Participants are encouraged to bring their lunches to the hour-long presentation that begins at 1 p.m. at the Cobb Water Lab, 660 S. Cobb Drive in Marietta.
