A 68-year-old man who suffers from Alzheimer's has not been seen since Thursday afternoon, Cobb County police said Friday.

Willie B. Gordon, of Marietta, was last seen in the Horseshoe Bend Shopping Center on Powder Springs Road, his family told police.

Gordon is a described as a black male, 6-feet-2 inches tall, weighing 125 pounds with receding hair and a mustache, Officer Joseph Hernandez with Cobb police said. Gordon was last seen wearing a blue-and-white striped shirt, green pants, beige shoes and a beige ball cap, police said.

Police are working to obtain a photograph of Gordon, Hernandez said.

Anyone with information about Gordon's whereabouts is asked to call Cobb police at 770-499-3900.
