Cobb introduces new traffic app to ease commuting

Cobb officials have introduced a new traffic map application for computers and mobile devices to help improve commuting options.

Cobb Commute is a Geographic Information System (GIS) Web map that displays up-to-date traffic conditions in Cobb.

Any event, including road construction and closures, that could hinder traffic around the county will be displayed.

Also, traffic speeds may be viewed in real time.
