Lisa Crossman, director of clinical and prevention services for Cobb and Douglas Public Health, received the Cobb Executive Women 2012 Glass Ceiling Award this week.

The award was created in 1991 to recognize an individual with a history of promoting qualified women in their professional and personal development through workplace advancement. Crossman was recognized for nominating female managers to participate in county leadership programs, leadership conferences and opportunities to serve on prestigious committees and boards.
