Cobb Legal Aid is changing the time and location of its free weekly Eviction Clinics to 4 p.m. Mondays, beginning Aug. 6, at the Mansour Conference Center, 995 Roswell St. NE, Marietta.

During weekly presentations, participants can learn about the eviction process, including an overview of Georgia law, court procedures and other tips.

The presentation will be followed by a chance for tenants, who qualify for Cobb Legal Aid’s services, to meet with an attorney for a short consultation, including how to file an answer, on a first-come, first-served basis.

This clinic is open to both landlords and tenants, covering eviction and housing concerns in Cobb County.

The clinic will not be open Sept. 3 for Labor Day, Dec. 24 for Christmas Eve or Dec. 31 for New Year’s Eve.
