The Cobb County Department of Fire & Emergency Services will receive a $13,912 for a smoke detector program on Tuesday.

The grant presentation will take place at 10 a.m. at the Cobb County Fire & Emergency Services’ Safety Village at 1220 Al Bishop Drive in Marietta. Michael Caffrey of the Insurance Office of America, Fire Chief Sam Heaton and Luis Cruz of the Fireman's Fund Insurance Company will attend the ceremony.
