Cobb drug bust yields $4.5 million in cocaine

June 8, 2009Two men are behind bars after a recent drug bust in Cobb County netted $4.5 million in cocaine.
Ricardo Santiago, 45, of Marietta, was found with nearly 60 pounds of cocaine hidden in kitchen cabinets at a home on Sanibel Lane in Smyrna, according to documents from the Cobb County Sheriff's Department.
Edgar Dominguez, 31, of Roswell, had roughly 45 pounds of cocaine in the trunk of his white Honda Accord.
Acccording to his warrant, Dominguez was seen leaving the home on Sanibel Lane before his arrest.
Both men were arrested June 3 and charged with drug trafficking, according to police arrest reports. They remain in Cobb County Jail.
