The North Fulton Continuum of Care, a coalition of nonprofits addressing issues affecting the homeless, is sponsoring a bus tour of service areas dedicated to providing assistance. The coalition has invited community leaders to observe where the continuum is successfully working and using its resources to help the homeless and provide basic needs to those who have fallen on hard times.

The tour starts at North Fulton Community Charities, 11270 Elkins Road, Roswell and runs from noon to 2 p.m. March 15. It includes stops in Alpharetta, Roswell and Milton.
