Doraville holds 5K race fundraiser today

Doraville holds its Holiday 5K Race at 4:30 p.m. today at the corner of Park Avenue and New Peachtree Road in front of the Doraville MARTA Station, 6000 New Peachtree Road, ending at Doraville City Hall, 3725 Park Ave. This official qualifying race for the AJC Peachtree Road Race is a fundraiser for Toys for Tots by the U.S. Marine Corps. $30. doravillega.us.

Christmas play at Alpharetta Presbyterian Church

‘A Broadway Christmas Carol’ opens this weekend

Centennial Olympic Park ice rink open in downtown Atlanta

“Holiday in Lights at Centennial Olympic Park” continues 7 a.m. to 11 p.m. through Jan. 19 with the Ice Rink also open through Jan. 19 at the park, 265 Park Ave. West NW. $12 (includes skate rental) for 90 minutes.
