The Christmas tree recycling program, “Bring One for the Chipper,” in Johns Creek now also accepts electronics, cardboard, clothing for charity, used cooking oil and fluorescent bulbs 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. today at The Home Depot, 5950 State Bridge Road, Duluth. Decorations and lights should be removed from the trees, which will be chipped into mulch by The Davey Tree Expert Company for playgrounds, public beautification projects, wildlife habitats and homeowner landscaping projects.
