Clayton State University selected an English professor to serve as the new dean of the School of Graduate Studies, officials announced Wednesday. Gwendolyn Harold has been with Clayton State for eight years and has been teaching since 1990. The university started the graduate program in 2006. It offers eight programs and officials are discussing plans to expand.
