Clayton County police said Tuesday they have busted an armed-robbery ring responsible for a string of crimes at restaurants and other businesses.

Police spokesman Sgt. Otis Willis III said two people have been arrested and warrants issued for two others.

Arrested were Xavier Levell Calloway, 18, and Kayla Ann Barnes, 19, both of Morrow. In addition, arrest warrants have been issued for Tequez Lapalle "Tookie" Miller, 17, of Jonesboro, and Quentin Ace Williams, 21, of Morrow. All four are charged with armed robbery.

Police from Morrow, Lake City and Riverdale also participated in the investigation, Willis said.

Willis said the suspects are responsible for at least 19 robberies in Clayton County, including two Subway restaurants on Tara Boulevard, G's Beauty on Flint River Road, Wings & Seafood on Upper Riverdale Road, and Metro PCS stores on Mount Zion Boulevard, Taylor Road and Ga. Highway 42.
