Clayton County police are looking for a 66-year-old disabled man who walked away from his home in unincorporated Fayetteville on Wednesday afternoon.

Franklin Day, who has bipolar disorder, fetal alcohol syndrome and requires oxygen, has not been seen since leaving his Players Circle home, authorities said.

Day is 5 feet tall and weighs 80 to 90 pounds, police said. He has blue eyes and short black hair, and was wearing a white long-sleeve shirt, dark pants and black shoes.

He does not have his prescription glasses and has not been taking his medication, according to information in the GBI’s Mattie’s Call.
