Clarkston will celebrate Arbor Day Saturday with a tree planting in the Friendship Forest Nature Preserve.
The event will also celebrate improvements made to the park, such as new wildlife trails.
The event begins at 9 a.m. at the preserve, 43830 East Ponce de Leon Avenue.
