Sandy Springs has launched a new feedback program to encourage public input about its performance. City Manager John McDonough said city staff will soon distribute business card-sized survey reminders as they work with homeowners, developers and builders. Cards also will be located in the planning office. The cards contain a quick response code to enable users to participate in the survey via their smart phone, as well as a web address for those who prefer to take the survey on their computer.
