Cities spruce up around Buford Highway

Buford Highway, which runs from DeKalb County through the Gwinnett cities of Norcross, Duluth and Suwanee, has been a congested roadway with lots of signs.

In this Norcross photo, Lillian Webb Park is seen in the background beyond Buford Highway. The park, which officially opened in July, can be accessed from both downtown Norcross and the highway.
