Cherokee County Fire and Emergency Services is currently accepting applications for entry level firefighters EMT/paramedics.

Applicants must be a certified Georgia Emergency Medical Technician (EMT, paramedic) or a Nationally Registered EMT-I or paramedic.

Applications may be obtained online at www.cherokeega.com . Applications can be turned in online or in person at Cherokee Fire Headquarters located at 150 Chattin Dr. in Canton.

The deadline for applications will be Friday, Sept. 2, at 4 p.m.
