Cherokee deputies discover marijuana grow house

Cherokee County Sheriff's deputies on Wednesday discovered a marijuana grow operation at a house in the 2700 block of Cedar Mill Crossing in Acworth.

V.I.P.E.R. (Violent Incident Proactive Enforcement Response) and SWAT officers searched the home following a week-long investigation into criminal activity alleged against Arthur Arnold, 18. Arnold was arrested on charges of reckless conduct, criminal trespass, manufacturing marijuana, soliciting sodomy and possession of marijuana.

Arnold is being held without bond at the Cherokee Adult Detention Center.
