Cherokee County developing parks plan

Cherokee County officials said they’re working on a new comprehensive recreation, parks. green space and trails master plan. County officials said the plan will help officials to prioritize, develop, fund and manage park facilities.

Officials said public involvement is crucial, and will include a steering committee, focus groups, public meetings and an online survey. The survey is up and ruining now and can be accessed at www.surveymonkey.com/r/Cherokee_County_GA.
