Chattahoochee Hills Planning Commission reviews easements

The Chattahoochee Hills Planning Commission will hold a public hearing during the regular meeting at 6 p.m. Thursday at Chattahoochee Hills City Hall, 6505 Rico Road. The hearing is to discuss the rezoning application for property at 35 Swann Ridge. The applicant is requesting an accessory-structure variance.

The commission will also review and discuss alternatives to the city’s conservation easements, which are put in place to protect waterways, greenery and allows the city to address storm water drainage and manage related issues.
