The Chattahoochee Hills Planning Commission will discuss the city’s annexation of 135 acres during its regular meeting 6 p.m. Thursday at Chattahoochee Hills City Hall, 6505 Rico Road.

The commission will also discuss the deannexation of 128 acres, upcoming hearings including a joint meeting with the Comprehensive Plan steering committee on May 16 and a special called Planning Commission meeting May 26. Other agenda items are making text amendments to the city’s Bed and Breakfast ordinance, zoning on the Serenbe property and the sign ordinance regarding gasoline price signs.
