A commission charged with reviewing Sandy Springs’ municipal charter will hold a meeting Tuesday evening to gather public input.

Residents on the commission will examine the charter, which details the city’s powers and limits, and make recommendations for changes as needed. The state Legislature must approve any changes.

The meeting, which is open to the public, begins at 7 p.m. at City Hal on Roswell Road. Regular meetings of the commission will be held at 4 p.m. at City Hall on the second and forth Tuesdays of the month.
