Chamblee discusses rezoning, traffic control
The Chamblee City Council will review a rezoning request during the meeting at 7:30 p.m. Tuesday at Chamblee City Hall, 5468 Peachtree Road. There are several variances requested for the Waffle House at 3194 Corsair Drive. One is to reduce the minimum setback from buildings, another the maximum surface coverage and a third is to address the LEED standard requirement for sustainability.
The council will also:
- Set qualifying fees for the 2017 municipal election,
- Discuss adding traffic control devices for Clairmont Road at Peachtree Boulevard and
- Have a review of the ordinance for car wash water recycling.
