The Chamblee City Council will hold a public hearing during the regular work session at 6 p.m. Thursday at Chamblee City Hall, 5468 Peachtree Road.

The hearing is for second readings of two city ordinances, one adopting the International Property Maintenance Code and the other outlining state and federal fingerprint-based criminal history record checks. The council will also discuss the streetscape lighting project at 5130 Peachtree Boulevard, the Residential Sidewalk Improvement Program and the police memorial planned in Dresden Park.
