Chamblee considers commercial variance requests

The Chamblee City Council will hold a public hearing during its work session 6 p.m. Thursday at Chamblee City Hall, 5468 Peachtree Road.

The Council will review several applications, including Chase Bank requesting a sign variance for 5000 Peachtree Blvd. and a stream buffer variance requested for Curry Honda dealership at 5525 and 5547 Peachtree Blvd.

There are also three Development Community Impact applications for 3693 Clairmont Road, 1959 and 1965 Bragg St.
