Catholic Charities of Atlanta and John Marshall Law School have founded the Immigration Law Clinic which will open this fall.

The clinic will provide legal aid to Catholic Charities of Atlanta clients and give second- and third-year law students experience under the direction of licensed attorneys, the law school said. The clinic will offer clients help with filings for benefits, violence against women and crime victim petitions and temporary protective status. It will also serve detainees at immigration detention facilities, the school said.
