Canine Assistants, based in Alpharetta, is a non-profit organization that trains dogs to be aides and companions for the disabled.

The Canine Assistants program is a non-profit organization, which trains and provides service dogs for children and adults with physical disabilities and other special needs. Training camp takes course over a two-week period and consists of the recipients being matched up with their new assistance dogs and being trained to work them.
