DeKalb County police are searching for a man who they say was caught on video burglarizing a home.

The incident happened Wednesday on Brannen Road, which is off Bouldercrest Road. The police department released video footage captured on a security system of the man on Friday, asking for the public’s help identifying him.

Details on what, if anything, was taken weren’t released.

The man is shown in the video without a shirt, sniffing something in a mason jar.

Anyone with information was asked to call police at 404-286-7990.
