A Buford teenager has become one of the youngest Georgia Lottery jackpot winners.

Thomas Zimbelman, who will turn 20 on Saturday, won $77,777 in the instant game Super Lucky 7's. Lottery players must be at least 18 years old.

Zimbelman bought the ticket at Wee-Willy's Food Store, 1875 Peachtree Industrial Boulevard in Buford.

“I was at the store in my car when I scratched it,” he said. “I checked it about 10 times to make sure.”

Zimbelman doesn't know what he'll do with the money, but called it “a very good, early birthday present.”

Here's a look at other recent 20-and-under winners:

* Willie Frank Williams Jr., 20, of Valdosta won $1 million in January 2008 playing Georgia's $500 Million Club.

* Berly Salinas, 19, of Lawrenceville won $500,000 in September 2008 playing Jumbo Jumbo Bucks.
