Buford has begun offering a new online Citizen Service Request tool for reporting non-emergency concerns. The new feature allows residents within city limits to click on a link from the city’s website to report things such as sanitation and code enforcement issues, stormwater concerns or street issues.

Residents can then follow up later by checking on previous requests. Residents can express concern about illegally parked cars, tall grass and weeds, clogged storm drains, potholes and broken curbs, among other problems.

Residents may access the Citizen Service Request for non-emergency concerns at www.cityofbuford.com. Emergency issues can be reported at 678-889-4600. Residents with life-threatening emergencies should still call 911.
