The body of a 51-year-old Buford man was pulled from the Chattahoochee River late Saturday.

Fishermen pulled the body of Samuel Dean Skaggs from the water in Johns Creek just before 6 p.m., police said.

Skaggs, who also had been fishing, apparently drowned, officials said. There were no signs of foul play.
