Buford Dam Road to be partly closed for repairs

Buford Dam Road, at the south end of Lake Lanier in Forsyth and Gwinnett counties, is scheduled to be partly closed during the daylight hours Wednesday, March 20, so crews can repair damaged sections of guardrail.

One lane will be closed from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. between the Sawnee Campground and the Lake Lanier Project Management Office, the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers said in a Facebook posting.
