Brookhaven Zoning Board delays choosing leaders

The Brookhaven Zoning Board of Appeals defer the election of chairman and vice chairman because two board members were absent and another member’s term had expired during its May 16 session.

This is the third time the board has deferred this agenda item.

The board heard zoning variance requests for improvement work at 2940 Parkridge Drive and 1087 Mendell Circle. There were approved unanimously. Another request, to allow parking in front of the property at 1897 North Druid Hills was also approved.
