The Brookhaven Zoning Board of Appeals will hear eight rezoning requests during the meeting at 7 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 19, at Brookhaven City Hall, 4362 Peachtree Road. Two of the requests are for the construction of swimming pools on residential properties located at 2622 Winding Lane and 3096 Lanier Drive. Another request, by Barbara and Peter Schneider, is an appeal of the zoning department’s administrative variance approval for the property at 2743 Mabry Road.

One application by R. Kale Williams is for the construction of a family home at 2290 Fairway Circle. Four applications are for construction improvements to existing residences at 900 Wescott Lane, 2607 Drew Valley Road, 4029 Shawnee Lane and 3336 Ashford Park Court.
