The Brookhaven City Council is scheduled to vote on its first budget, a $16.4 million spending plan, Tuesday .

The budget is slightly larger than the $15.7 million budget Mayor J. Max Davis unveiled earlier this year. However, it still keeps the city’s millage rate at its 3.35 mill cap.

The meeting begins at 7 p.m.Tuesday 3/26 at DeKalb’s Path Academy on Hermance Drive.
